Kanye West and Bianca Censori are heading into a divorce… without a prenup?! What!

As we have been following this week, the pair have broken up after two years of marriage. Word is the architectural designer became fed up and dumped Kanye after he went on yet another antisemitic rant online. Can you blame her for leaving him? He declared himself a Nazi, professed his love for Hilter, among other things, and sold swastika tees on Yeezy! Disgusting behavior!

Milo Yiannopoulos, their supposed rep, shut down the reports and insisted Bianca and Kanye are not divorcing. However, we are not buying it as more and more reports say otherwise! Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ on Saturday that both of their reps had contacted at least one divorce attorney earlier this week. And it was not the first time one of them has either!

A second insider with direct knowledge revealed one of Ye’s reps reached out to another lawyer in October when the first reports of their marital trouble started circulating! It was believed Kanye and Bianca faked the divorce rumors themselves to get more “attention” and “make them relevant” while he was promoting his new album, but perhaps there was some truth to the rumors, and the buzz was a bonus. The outlet reported the rep “was hot, angry,” and the lawyer passed on representing Kanye at the time.

Flash forward months later, and the rapper is reportedly trying to find an attorney again — and so is Bianca now! Whether someone locks down a lawyer and moves forward with filing for divorce, we will have to wait and see! Other sources have said Bianca is completely done with Kanye! But you never know! She could give the marriage another shot! We hope not! Her parents especially don’t want to see her rekindle things with the Yeezy founder! However, there is always a chance she will come back to him! That is what Ye thinks will happen!

If the estranged couple does file for divorce, though, the case could get messy! Why? Sources with direct knowledge revealed to TMZ that they do NOT HAVE A PRENUP! It looks like the Gold Digger artist did not follow his own advice…

This could lead to a multi-million dollar battle! Forbes reports that Kanye’s net worth is $400 million – though he claims it is way over $2 billion now. Yeah, right. Regardless, a lot is on the line! But bad news for Bianca! The outlet reported that since they married in 2022, Kanye actually has lost money! He has a lot of debt right now, as he reportedly owes over $1 million in unpaid taxes! And due to Californian law, where assets and debts are split equally in a divorce, Bianca subsequently could end up owing money! Yikes!

Fortunately for her, most of the debts Kanye has were from BEFORE he tied the knot with Bianca, including his Malibu home, which he lost tens of millions of dollars. Bianca won’t be responsible for it. That must be somewhat of a relief for her!
